FiscalNote CSA Skill and experience required
- 1-2 years of work experience in a support role.
- Prior knowledge of the customer support and help desk industry is preferred.
- Ability to manage and prioritize urgent tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and proper telephone/email etiquette.
- Ability to develop rapport and use empathy appropriately.
- Enjoy working with data and using it to improve processes.
- Proactive in resolving issues, energetic, and technically skilled.
- Proficiency with Zendesk or similar help desk software is preferred.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage.
- Passion for government procedure, data and civic engagement.
- Experience with data analytics is an advantage.

FiscalNote CSA Job roles & responsibilities
- Handle support requests through email, phone, and chat.
- Conduct troubleshooting sessions via calls, chats, and emails.
- Work with the different Product/Engineering team to identify user demand needs.
- Maintain the Knowledge Base (Help Center) to allow users to perform self-service.
- Report on user interaction data from support tools like Zendesk.
- Recommend software and process improvements to users.
- Track client issues and their resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to each client.
