Fresh Prints is a custom apparel start-up based in New York. We recruit talented students and provide them with the training and support needed to build and grow the business at their old school.
The operations team is very important to our success, taking care of every step of the process to ensure our customers receive their products. Our main focus is on building a strong team, motivating them to handle more tasks with better quality, efficiently managing requests from printers, customers, and Campus Managers, and ultimately reducing costs while increasing profits.
As a member of the Operations Leadership team, you will play a very important role by taking our operations forward. Your main role is to lead a team, set goals, and measure your success through various metrics. We seek someone with excellent people management skills, a quick learner, and a problem solver. This role is impactful, offering growth as Fresh Prints continues to expand.
You will manage a team of 3 to 7 associates, depending on your specific area, and report directly to Sasi, the head of Operations at Fresh Prints.

Fresh Prints Essential Requirements
- Must have bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Must have 5 years of experience in operations, 2 years of team leader or people manager role.
- Should have strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Capable of making decisions independently.
- Should have skill of negotiation.
- Must have excellent communication skill and fluency in English.

Fresh Prints Responsibilities
- Fully oversee a section of our supply chain, including projects, requests from other departments, headcount planning, and enhancing team potential for the future.
- You have to Manage a team of Operations Associates.
- You need to Handle communications with vendors and customers.
- You have to manage and resolve team escalations and logistical issues.
- Setting and tracking team performance metrics.
- Ensure all goals are achieved.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with your direct reports and the Associate Director of Operations.
