Qualification Requirements for this Role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working with various stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for finding and resolving bugs.
- Capacity to work independently within a diverse global team.

- ITIL foundation certification.

Help Desk Associate Skills Required
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional IT Service Desk support, training and guidance to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.
- Keep track, up to date, and quickly escalate support issues to the next level.
- Support all IT onboarding activities for new users.
- Work with internal IT teams on integration, system testing and maintenance.
- Discover new IT business tools to support business users and the internal IT team.
