Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Good understanding of retail banking, small business, or consumer finance products and how their business cycles work (like sales, underwriting, portfolio management, marketing, collections, etc.).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling, specifically in credit risk, marketing, or portfolio strategy for retail banking, small business, or consumer finance.
- Proficient in statistical programming with SAS (preferred) or a similar tool, strong analytical skills, and a good grasp of quantitative and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience in data mining and understanding data patterns.
Knowledge in developing scorecards is a plus. - Experience in working directly with business teams and exposure to international markets would also be advantageous.
