Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with L2 techs for complex issues in the network.
- Work with Order Managers to finalize the scope before configuring builds.
- Lead activation calls for customer edge devices and deploy necessary configurations.
- Troubleshoot network issues by coordinating with different teams involved.
- Assign and validate mandatory attributes for network configurations.
- Validate orders based on the scope of work defined.
- Review network designs provided by the design team to ensure they meet requirements.
