Only those beneficiaries of the country who will be included in the Ayushman Bharat Golden Card list as per their eligibility can download the Jan Arogya Golden Card.

• First, you have to go to the official website of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme. After visiting the official website, a web page will open before you.
• You must fill in your registered mobile number and captcha code on this web page. After this, finally, you have to click on Generate OTP. Immediately after clicking, an OTP will come on your registered mobile phone.
• Then, this OTP will have to be filled in the empty box.

• The applicant will have to go to his nearest public service center. CSC Kendra will see your name in the list of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.

• You will be given a golden card if your name is available in the Ayushman Bharat Yojana list.

• After this, you should take all your documents, like Aadhar Card, Ration Magazine, registered mobile number, etc., to the agent of the Public Service Center.

• Due to this, the agent will do your successful registration and provide you with a Registered ID.

• Then, the public service center will provide you with an Ayushman card in 10 to 15 days, and you will have to pay a fee of Rs 30 to make the golden card.

• Step 1. First of all, you have to go to Ayushman Bharat Website. After visiting the website, the home page will open before you.

• Step 2. On this home page, you will see the option of Login. This login form will open. Enter your email ID and password, and click the SIGN IN button.

• Step 3. After this, the next page will open in front of you. You will have to proceed by entering your Aadhar Card, and on the next page, you will have to verify your thumb impression.

• Step 4. After verifying the thumb, the next page will open. On this page, you will see many options, from which you can click on the option of Approved Beneficiary. After clicking on the option, a list of approved Golden Cards will appear in front of you.

• Step 5. Then, see your name in the list and click the confirm print option. After clicking the option, you will be redirected to the CSC Center Wallet page.

• Step 6. After this, enter your password in the CSC wallet, then enter your wallet PIN after the password. After this, you will come back to the home page.

• Step 7. Then, you will see the option of Download Card next to the candidate’s name; click on it and download the golden card.

• Step 8. In this way, you can download your Ayushman Golden Card.
